Logistics team

The Logistics department is the backbone of our operations, ensuring the team is always where it needs to be, equipped for success. From managing complex international travel to optimizing our workshop environment, this role is critical for transforming our engineering efforts into on-track performance.

Our Responsibilities:

Event Coordination: Plan and execute transportation logistics for international competitions, testing sessions, and local promotional events.

Supply Chain & Inventory: Monitor the team’s inventory and implement strategies to optimize workshop organization and resource availability.

International Planning: Manage the complex logistics of moving a 20+ person team and a racecar across Europe, including route planning, vehicle fleet management, and accommodation.

Operational Optimization: Identify ways to streamline the movement of tools and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency during “crunch time” at competitions.
