ART-TU Cluj-Napoca opens, once again, its doors to new members who want to contribute to the design, development and testing of a Formula Student racecar. Becoming part of the team means more than applying your academic knowledge: it offers the opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment, where engineering challenges are matched by a strong sense of collaboration and belonging. You will strengthen both technical and soft skills, gain access to all the necessary professional software programs needed and benefit from dedicated trainings designed to support your development.
How does the recruitment process work?
Joining ART TU is a step-by-step journey. You don’t have to worry about the details, we’ll guide you through the entire process, so you always know what comes next.
Application form – Fill in and submit the online form before October 10th.
Application review – Our team will go through all applications and select candidates for the next step (the interview).
Interview – A short and relaxed discussion with department representatives to better understand your motivation, knowledge and interests (October 13th – October 22nd).
Final decision – After the interviews, you’ll receive a clear answer regarding your acceptance into the team – October 27th.
